Ingredients
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 – 5 large carrots(370g)
  • 1/3large cucumber(140g)
  • 3/4large avocado
  • Juice of1/2 lemon
  • 250ml almond milk
  • Handfulof kale(35g)
  • Handfulof spinach(40g)
  • 1heaped tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2tsp chia protein or chia seeds
  • 1tbsp ground flax mix or shelled hemp seeds(I like Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Almonds, Brazil nut, Walnut and Co-Enzyme Q10) but you can just use flax seeds if you prefer or leave out)
  • 4large ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Juice the carrots, cucumber and lemon.
  2. Add the juice to a Vitamix or high speed blender with all the remaining ingredients. Blitz until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy. If too thick, simply add a little more almond milk. The thickness all depends on the chia / flax / hemp combination you use.
