chia protein or chia seeds
ground flax mix or shelled hemp seeds
Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Almonds, Brazil nut, Walnut and Co-Enzyme Q10
) but you can just use flax seeds if you prefer or leave out)
Juice the carrots, cucumber and lemon.
Add the juice to a Vitamix or high speed blender with all the remaining ingredients. Blitz until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy. If too thick, simply add a little more almond milk. The thickness all depends on the chia / flax / hemp combination you use.
