Ingredients
INGREDIENTS
  • 1cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1cup frozen berries
  • 1tsp chia protein or chia seeds
  • 1/2 – 1tsp or 1 – 2 capsules probiotic powder
To Decorate
  • 1 tsp shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp berries
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients together in a Vitamix and blitz until smooth. Option to top with hemp seeds and fresh berries.
