I love a good smoothie bowl, light and refreshing but i’m not so good with too much fruit. All the sugar plays havoc with the gut health so I made this Low Fructose Acai and Blueberry Smoothie Bowl for those of you watching your sugar intake too. It’s low in fructose and uses just berries to sweeten.
Keto, Paleo, GAPS and Whole30 friendly. It’s also great if you’re reintroducing from the Autoimmune Protocol by using just a little almond milk. I love it. I hope you do too.
Feel free to top with whatever nuts, seeds or chocolate you like. A good dollop of nut butter would totally work too. Not that i’m an addict or anything!
