Good Morning guys! So many smoothies these days contain a lot of fruit. Whilst fruit can be good for you, it’s still full of sugar so if like me you have an autoimmune condition of suffer with gut issues it’s good to stick to low carb, low gi fruits like berries. When I was healing the fruit had to go. Truth is it played havoc with my gut bacteria. It’s sweetened naturally with just a little carrot. Full of cleansing greens, it’s a satiating LCHF way to start the day.
