Super Green Cacao Energy Balls

Super Green Cacao Energy Balls, Modern Food Stories, Food Photography

I’m so in love with these Super Green Cacao Energy Balls right now. A great high protein snack, full of healthy fats to help fuel you between meals or after the gym. A satisfying combination of superfood ingredients like raw cacao, coconut oil and Indigo Herb’s popular Super Greens Powder for an easy way to get more greens in your diet.

Roasting the almonds really brings out the delicious nutty flavour and who doesn’t love chocolate? Using a combination of raw cacao and cacao nibs creates a healthy chocolate hit.

Cacao is not only full of antioxidants but it’s also a great mood improver! Lots of energy balls contain vast quantities of sugar or dates, in these balls the quantities are low but with just enough dates to be delicious. Too much sugar, even if it’s healthier alternatives is never a good thing so these are perfect if you’re a health conscious foodie too. I hope you love these Super Green Cacao Energy Balls as much as Mr B and I do.
